Going once
For the cards nobody knows the price of. Set a reserve, pick a clock, and let the room work it out — bids hold your coins and hand them straight back the moment somebody goes over you. If nobody bids, nothing happens and the card stays yours.
01
Set a floor, not a price
The reserve is the lowest bid the room may open at, and it is printed on the tile — there is no hidden one. Anything from 15 minutes to 24 hours, and you can pull it back right up until somebody bids.
02
A bid holds your coins
They leave your balance the moment you bid and come back the moment you're outbid — so a winning bid can never bounce, and the seller is never left with nothing at the end of a clock.
03
No sniping
A bid in the last 2 minutes pushes the close out by 2 more. The only way to win is to actually be willing to pay more than the other person.
You're signed out, so this is a spectator's view — the clocks and the prices are real, the buttons aren't.

The house takes 8% of a sale, the same cut a fixed-price listing pays — two ways to sell one card at two different fees would only teach people which one to route around. A card under the hammer can't be listed, given away or fused until it closes, because a winning bid has to have something to buy. Nothing here runs on a timer at our end: an auction closes the first time somebody looks at it after the clock has run out, which is why one that ended overnight is settled at whatever time the first person opens this page. The winner is decided by the bids and not by that moment.
