Counted on primary roles only. Fills have a column of their own rather than being added to all five — one person can't cover five lanes, and dropping them entirely would lose the most useful players here.
In the queue
Ordered by who has waited longest. The first 10 are the next lobby.
10 players starts a ready check — everyone gets two and a half minutes to accept, wherever they are on the site. If somebody declines or lets it run out, only they leave the queue; everyone else keeps their place. Drafting after that still isn't automated. Leaving the page doesn't leave the queue, but closing the tab does, after about a minute and a half of silence.
