Latest

Your stats, everywhere

New Discord invite — the old link is dead. Plus career KDA and damage on your profile, four new leaderboards off the same numbers, and eight new records.

  • new discord invite

the old link doesn't work any more. the new one is discord.gg/HeFZJ62MnZ — it's what every Join the Discord button on the site points at now, so grab it from the homepage if you need to re-invite anyone.

  • your profile knows what you actually do

new panel under performance: career kda, damage a minute, cs a minute, gold a minute, vision, and total time spent dead — which the client shows you once and then throws away. plus first bloods, dragons, barons, turrets, objectives stolen, and every triple, quadra and penta. your best game is linked, and your five most played champions come with a win rate each.

  • four new leaderboards

best kda, damage per minute, vision score and pentakills. damage is per minute rather than per game on purpose — a forty minute loss shouldn't beat a twenty minute stomp. you need 5 recorded games to appear, and a thin sample is flagged next to your name.

  • eight new records on the wall

best game by kda, most kills, most damage, most cs, highest vision score, most dragons taken, most objectives stolen — and longest spent dead, because somebody has to hold it. every one links to the game it was set in and says which champion.

  • it only counts what the site watched

all of it comes from games played on a tournament code — nothing before that has a scoreboard, and there's no way to backfill one. so a career kda might be from six games, and every panel says how many it's from rather than letting a number that looks like a lifetime stand for a fortnight.

Tournament codes, and the game reports itself

Lobbies now come with a tournament code. Join with it, play, and the winner, the MVP and a full scoreboard come back on their own — no more voting.

  • every lobby gets a tournament code

it's at the top of the match page. copy it, paste it into the client under PLAY → CUSTOM, and it drops you into the game. one code for both teams — everybody uses the same one. there are instructions with screenshots behind the "how do I join?" link if you've never used one.

  • code doesn't work? someone in the lobby?

one button, same fix — it hands you a different code and remembers the one you turned down so you never get it back. anybody in the lobby can press it, and staff can press it from outside if somebody's idling in a game they aren't in.

  • the result comes back on its own

because it's a tournament code, the game shows up in riot's match api when it ends. the site checks, finds it, and settles the lobby itself — winner, ratings, coins, everything. nobody votes. if the sides got scrambled in the client, or it was a remake, it refuses and waits rather than settling the wrong game.

  • playing on a smurf still works

if you're on an account you never linked, the site works out which player you were: it identifies everyone else on your side by their linked account, and the one account left over in the game is the one seat left over in the lobby. with two unlinked on a side it pairs them by the role each actually played. your row on the scoreboard gets a small "unlinked" tag so you know it was worked out rather than recognised — link the account and the next one is exact.

  • mvp is worked out, not voted

40% damage share, 30% kill participation, 20% kda, 10% vision, and a quarter more for winning. a carry on the losing side can still take it — they just have to have been clearly better than the winner's best, which is roughly how the room voted anyway.

  • voting is still there as the fallback

if the game was played off-code, or the lookup can't find it, hit "it didn't find our game" and the lobby goes back to the ballot exactly as before. it's one-way on purpose — once a room has decided to vote, a lookup landing thirty seconds later shouldn't change the answer under them.

  • post-game screen

when a game resolves you get the whole thing: both teams, champion, kda, damage as a bar against the lobby's best, cs, vision, items, and every objective — dragons, barons, heralds, grubs, towers, inhibs. your face and your discord name, not a summoner icon.

  • how it happened

a highlight reel under the scoreboard, straight off the game's timeline. first blood, triples and up with the exact timestamp, killing sprees from five, barons, elders, dragon soul, first tower. "15:01 — XaDa (Yasuo), penta kill."

  • match history shows what you played

every game that resolved this way now carries your champion and your kda right on the history row. older games don't and never will — nothing was recorded for them.

paste the code, go win 🫡

Swap alerts, a faster draft, and captains on a budget

Role swaps now tell the whole lobby, draft turns are 40 seconds instead of 60, captains draft on a snake with a purse, and your profile lists every team-mate.

  • role swaps tell the whole lobby

when two team-mates trade roles, everyone else in the game hears about it — both sides. a card pops up over the map with a sound, saying who ended up where. the offer itself is still private between the two of you; only the result goes out. the enemy team gets told because they're about to draft against those lanes.

  • draft turns are 40 seconds

down from a minute. twenty turns at sixty seconds was twenty minutes of champion select in front of a thirty minute game, and almost nobody used the back half of it. the turns that need thinking still have room.

  • captain's draft picks on a snake

blue picks first, then red twice, then blue twice, and so on. picking first every single round was a real edge and it never got paid back — now every round after the first is even, and both captains still end up with four picks.

  • captains have a budget

everybody on the board has a price off their in-house rating, and both captains get the same purse to fill five seats — including their own price, which comes out of it before they pick anybody. so a challenger captain starts poorer than a silver one, by exactly as much as he's better. no more one captain building a superteam because they got lucky on the roll. the draft always finishes 5v5; if the money ever runs out it steps aside rather than stalling the lobby.

  • every team-mate on your profile

the Best synergy card only ever named one person. under it there's now the whole list — everyone you've been on a side with, your win rate together, and how many games. sort it by most played or by best together, and click through to anyone's profile. pairs under 3 games are greyed, because two games isn't a claim about anything.

  • this page

patch notes live on the site now instead of scrolling away in discord. it's in the footer, and every update from here on sends a notification you can click straight through to.

Captain's draft, referrals, and a queue that never kicks you

Two of the ten pick the teams themselves, referrals pay both ways, tokens got cooldowns, and the queue stopped dropping people for going quiet.

  • captain's draft

new queue event, 1 lobby in 12. instead of the draft splitting you by rating, two of the ten get made captains and pick the teams themselves. roles are sorted before the first pick, so a captain is choosing a jungler, not a person.

  • first game of the day

150 coins for the first game you finish each day, win or lose, on top of everything else it pays. resets at midnight utc.

  • referrals

your link is riftoria.lol/join/yourhandle. no codes, your handle is the code. they play 3 games and you take 250, they take 150. their discord account has to be at least a week old, and the 3 games is what stops it being an alt farm.

  • token cooldowns

antihakoz and role priority once every 5 games. streak insurance once every 20. the clock only starts when a token actually fires, so one that did nothing still costs you nothing. antihakoz was turning into a permanent arrangement between two people instead of a one-off, which is not what the shop sold.

  • the queue never kicks you

closing the tab, going quiet, phone locking, laptop sleeping, none of it drops you. you leave when you press leave, when you ignore a ready check, or when you're put in a lobby. and if you're already in a game, clicking queue takes you straight into it instead of showing you the queue.

  • events on the map

the stack of cards in the corner is gone. one eye icon, hover or tap it, and everything live in that lobby is listed: what rolled, what it pays, what's on the wanted heads.

  • s+ looks like s+

it was challenger cyan sitting directly above a red s, so you couldn't tell which was higher without already knowing. it's a hot red now, and it glows.

  • betting is region aware

coins aren't money, can't be cashed out and never could be. but some countries prohibit betting as an activity in wording broad enough to cover a room of friends staking points, so if you're connecting from one of these the book stays shut and tells you why. everything else on the site works as normal. closed: united arab emirates, saudi arabia, kuwait, qatar, bahrain, oman, yemen, iran, iraq, afghanistan, syria, libya, sudan, somalia, brunei, pakistan, bangladesh, indonesia, malaysia, thailand, cambodia, vietnam, singapore, china, south korea, north korea, türkiye warning only, still playable: poland, norway, cyprus, greece, russia, ukraine — legal there but licence-only, and we hold no licence anywhere. you get a heads up and the book stays open.

Achievements, the wheel, and four new lobby events

Twelve achievement ladders, a wheel that rolls events onto the next lobby, four new modifiers, card fusing, and betting payouts off ratings instead of the pool.

  • achievements

new tab in the profile menu. twelve ladders — wins, streaks, mvps, cards, bets and more. each is a rung: collect 1 card, claim it, now it says collect 10. rungs pay 100–1000 coins. clear the board and you get Nothing Left To Do, a title no crate can drop.

  • the wheel

queue page, 500 coins. spins a random event onto the next lobby — might not be your game.

  • golden games

1 in 25. the winning side each take 150 coins on top of the usual.

  • blind pick

1 in 30. neither captain sees the other's picks until the draft ends. bans stay public, and you're allowed to take a champion the other team already picked.

  • mvp jackpot

1 in 30. 400 coins to whoever the room votes mvp, whichever side won.

  • high stakes

1 in 35. every rating swing doubled, win or lose. the only event that can cost you something.

  • cards fuse

two of the same person at the same tier make one card with a star, up to 5. every star is +12% in battle, and it looks better as it climbs — a 5-star is 32 copies of one person. you can drag cards onto showcase slots now too.

  • betting reworked

payouts come off the two teams' ratings, not the pool. 1.6x on an even game, 2x max on the underdog, 1.2x at worst on the favourite. odds are posted up front and never move. no more taking 2000 off a 100 bet.

  • antihakoz nerfed

no arming it while duo'd, two live in the queue max. it was too good at reading your own lobby in advance.

  • bag holds 10

up from 6, in half the space.

  • odds got rarer

blessed 1 in 60, fearless 1 in 30. six events now, about 1 lobby in 6 carries one.

  • bot

the log channel names what a lobby was carrying, the post-game dm does too, and /help finally mentions /cards and /battle.

Cards are here 🎴

We now print trading cards of the people who actually play here. Your face, your stats, your serial number — plus packs, trading, and card battles in Discord.

  • player packs

120 coins, in the store. every pack prints one card of one member. their picture, their real numbers frozen at the moment it was printed, and a serial. pull the same person twice and you get #1 and #2 — two different cards, and the low numbers are the ones worth having.

  • rarity is the person, not luck

where you sit on the in-house ladder decides what tier you print at. right now Hakoz is the only Mythic in the game (1 in 67 packs), and Legendary is Void, Spoliarium, Ricola, Crafting and XaDa (1 in 29). epic is 1 in 13. climb the ladder and your own card goes up with you — the store lists exactly who's in every band, so you always know what you're chasing.

  • the cards move

hover one and it tilts and catches the light. rare and up get holographic foil and key-art rays behind them, mythics have dust floating in the light. commons are clean matte cards — still nice, just quiet.

  • opening a pack is a whole thing

the pack shakes, rips, the card lands face down, flips over, and the tier hits you with a shockwave in its own colour. you don't find out what you got until it turns over. click to skip if you're opening ten.

  • six cards on your profile

everything you own lives at /profile/cards — search it, filter by tier, sort it — and you pick six to display on your profile for everyone to see. there's a My cards button on your profile now.

  • send cards to people

type their name, confirm, gone. they get a notification and a DM from the bot. no take-backs, so read the confirmation before you give away a legendary.

  • /battle @Someone — and you earn coins

three cards a side, and both of you pick a move every round at the same time: ⚔ attack — the only move that does damage 🛡️ defend — takes 40% and heals you a bit. beats attack. 💨 dodge — takes nothing if it works, 130% if it doesn't. beats defend. rock paper scissors with hit points. live HP bars, knockouts, crits, and your card's speed decides how often your dodges land. winner gets 20 coins, up to 5 paid wins a day — after that you can fight all night, it just stops paying.

  • your first 3 showcase slots are your battle team

slot order is your loadout. put your best three first unless you enjoy losing.

  • /cards

shows anyone's collection — theirs or yours.

go open a pack and find out who you get 👀

op.gg links, the AntiHakoz Token, and the hall of fame

Click anyone in a lobby to open their op.gg, a new token that decides which end of the map somebody stands on, and every all-time record on one page.

  • click anyone in a lobby to open their op.gg

the faces on the map are links now — click one and their op.gg opens in a new tab. every roster row has a little OP.GG button too, and each team has a "multi op.gg" that pulls all five up on one page. only works for people who've linked a riot account.

  • new token in the store — AntiHakoz Token

200 coins. name somebody when you arm it and the next lobby that draws you both puts them on the other team. it doesn't keep anyone out of your games, it just decides which end of the map they stand on. if they don't get drawn it does nothing and stays armed for the game that does. arm it on the queue page, that's where you type the name.

  • hall of fame

new tab on the leaderboard with every all-time record we've got: longest winning run, longest losing run, highest elo ever, biggest single win and loss, most mvps, most upsets, most bounties, best winrate, most games. current win streak record is 10. losing run record is 12, which is genuinely impressive in its own way.

  • records tell you when they change hands

take one and you get a notification, lose one and you get told too — even if you weren't in the game that did it. it also posts in the log channel, and the match page shows exactly what that lobby broke.

  • the "God" title is now "King"

same title, same way to get it, just renamed.

  • the header doesn't run into page text anymore

scrolling used to drag headings straight through the RIFTORIA logo. fixed everywhere.

  • the draft stats tab actually opens

it had been a dead link that 404'd.

Teams, scrims, the letter ranks, and betting

Make a team and post scrims on the board, in-house MMR moved to letter tiers with automatic Discord roles, coin betting opened, and titles can be forged.

  • teams and scrims are here

make a team with a name, tag and logo, invite people by their discord handle, and put everyone on a lane. then post a scrim offer on the board or challenge a team directly. when a team accepts, everyone on both rosters gets a discord dm with the time and format. bo1, bo3 or bo5.

  • scrims are real games

fifteen minutes before the hour either owner opens the lobby and you get the actual map, champion draft, voice channels, the lot. same 6 vote settle. scrims never touch your personal rank, the only thing they move is the team ladder.

  • the scrims page is us testing the waters

it's there so teams can form and start climbing before we plan proper tournaments. when we do, it gets another update with brackets, playoffs and seeding. the record you build with scrims now is what you'll be seeded on, so it counts.

  • new rank system, and discord roles are automatic

your in-house mmr now sits in a letter tier and the bot gives you the matching role by itself: S+ 3000+ mmr (master 1000 lp and up) S 2700 to 2999 (master 300 to 999 lp) A+ 2400 to 2699 (master 0 to 299 lp) A 2000 to 2399 (diamond III to I) B 1600 to 1999 (emerald to diamond IV) C 1000 to 1599 (plat and below, everyone starts here) D below 1000 tiers update on their own as you play, no need to ask anyone.

  • you can bet coins on games

100 to 2000 on whichever side you think takes it, in the first 5 minutes after a lobby forms. the whole pool is public so you can see exactly who backed who and what your cut would be. winners split the losing side's pot, and if nobody took the other side you get 1.2x back. spectators can bet too. if you're playing you can only back your own team, for obvious reasons. voided games refund everything.

  • make your own title

in the store you can now write a custom title and pick the effect it wears, from a plain grey chip up to a spinning gradient with a halo. prices go 1,000 up to 15,000 coins depending on how loud it is. it's yours alone, nobody else can take the same words, and it equips the moment you buy it. keep it clean though — anything hateful, harassing or pretending to be staff gets removed and sanctioned, and forged titles are never refunded.

  • champion draft filters by lane

top, jungle, mid, adc, support, instead of fighter, mage, assassin and so on. filtering by what a champion is built like was never the question anyone was actually asking in champ select.

  • your profile shows your team

and where it sits on the ladder, if you're on one.

1 August 2026

Better crate odds, profile comments, and automatic voice

Everything epic and above is twice as likely, you can comment on profiles and see who visited yours, and voice channels now move you in and clean themselves up.

  • crate odds are twice as good

everything epic and above is now 2x more likely. legendary went from 1 in 190 to 1 in 96, and mythic from 1 in 1,333 to 1 in 673. cards and sound packs got the same bump (mythic there is now 1 in 325 instead of 1 in 655). rares are unchanged, commons just turn up less often.

  • you can comment on profiles

open anyone's page and leave something. everyone can see them, and staff can remove anything that goes too far.

  • see who's been looking at your profile

your own page now shows the last 10 people who visited, and how many times they've been back. only you can see that list. signed out visits don't count, and neither do your own.

  • voice is automatic now

when a game starts, if you're in a vc you get dragged straight into your team's channel. game voice channels are unlocked — anyone can join any team's chat to spectate, they're no longer locked to the team.

  • channels clean themselves up

when the game ends everyone gets pulled back into Custom Lobby and the game channels delete themselves right after. no more dead lobby channels piling up.

  • it takes 6 votes to end a game

instead of 5, so one team can't just vote their own win through.

  • staff can move players between teams

not just swap lanes inside one, and the UI for it is reworked for convenience. if a lobby comes out lopsided or someone lands on the wrong side, it's two clicks to fix. your win and loss numbers stay exactly as the lobby showed them, so getting moved never changes what the game is worth to you.
